Remedying the Ultimate
Imbalance
Stress in your life reduces your energy level and
your feeling of well being. Stress operates through your mind, body and spirit.
Stress has been called the number one killer as it is found to be a significant element in
virtually all sickness that results in death. When a person is experiencing stress, it is
a signal for the body, mind, spirit to take notice of the symptom. The symptom is an
indication that something is out of balance and your stress needs to be managed.
Stress can be caused by many different elements but some
of the major ones are:
o Your Emotions
o Your Belief System
o Environmental Elements
o Your Relationships
o Your Financial Need
The list goes on and on. The common feature underlying them is that they all produce a
vibration within the body that may need to be neutralized in the interest of good health.
It is thus reasonable to attack stress from the harmonious integration of body, mind and
spirit.
First, deal with the thinking that underlies the production of stress. It may be your
approach to problems or the way you worry or the manner in which you postpone taking major
decisions or the need to confront your purpose for living or some other factor.
Second, remove the blocks that interfere with the smooth flow of energy to your Chakras,
body organs and other tissues.
[ The word Chakra is from Sanskrit and means circle and movement. It represents lines of
force where an energy vortex is located. When your Chakra is blocked, your energy gets out
of balance and this impacts negatively on your level of stress, ]
Third, build your body at the cellular level through herbs and vitamin supplementation. If
you ate 'three square meals' per day you would have no need for supplementation. The
research has shown that no one eats 100% of the daily recommended food for good health.
This is further complicated by the loss of food efficacy through modern marketing and
methods of food preservation. Supplementation is therefore a useful food addition.
