Balance Stress in your life

BalanceStress is a necessary part of living. Too much stress is harmful. You need to manage the stress in your life. Stress can be defined as the rate of wear and tear of the body and the body's inability to adapt to the nature of the wear and tear. Walking in a busy road, the sudden sound of a motor car horn or sheer heightened joy all produce a level of stress. Every activity and emotion cause stress. Stress that makes one person sick can be an invigorating experience to another. Stress becomes an issue in your life when the rate of wear and tear is more than the body can adapt to, while keeping the total bodily system in balance.
