Philip G. Rochford has lived a life of coaching others to be the best that they can be. In the past fifty (50) years he has coached over five thousand (5000) persons in such areas as career planning, finance, relationships, stress, executive performance, spiritual growth, marriage, goal setting, wellness, public speaking and planning for formal retirement.

His experience has been partly culled in two published books. One is “Live a life of ‘Virtual’ success” that deals with the principles and actions necessary to live the life of your dreams. The other book is “The Executive Speaks” which supports you to communicate your vision, goals and action plans to manifest your dreams. The Executive speaks outlines how to become a master communicator in influencing and persuading others.

He has worked in both the public and private sectors and has held directorships on several large corporate boards. His greatest challenge was as Chief Executive for 23 years, developing a commercial bank from 35 to 1800 employees and from 1 branch to 18 branches. He was trained in the Caribbean, the United States of America, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe.

He was specially trained in interactive coaching skills through the Landmark Education Corporation of the United States of America in Communication I & II, the Forum, and the Commando Communicator. He is also an Economist, a Fellow of the Institute of Banking, both of the United Kingdom and Trinidad and Tobago, a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Secretary and holds a Master of Science degree in accounting from the University of the West Indies.

In the 1975 National Awards of his Country, Trinidad and Tobago, he was awarded the Humming Bird Medal (Gold) in the field of Economics.

He is a TM Siddha, a Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master, a Registered Karuna Reiki Master and a Feng Shui Practitioner of the Black Hat School.
